Beautifully refreshed and restyled this magnificent homestead offers guests a serene retreat under 15 minutes from Daylesford.
Featuring a large open plan living dining kitchen space which highlights the stunning views from every window. The living spaces boasts a huge smart TV, wood fire and a huge super comfortable modular lounge for guests to enjoy.
Sunset Retreat has 4 bedrooms, King Sized master with ensuite and 2nd bedroom is a Queen size bedroom off the lounge room and a further two double bedrooms. The double garage serves as a wonderful games room for all the family.
Outside the property goes to another level. With sensational stunning vistas from the living spaces across a sparkling dam full of lily pads to the serene Mount Franklin backdrop and from the front of the property we have rolling country views with stunning sunsets. The property is dog friendly however there are no secure yard. (There is the option of a sofa bed which is an extra $80.00 and this is located in the garage attached to the house)
