Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is assigned parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 garage space, and 1 space in front of the garage. STR License #006302

Exactly as described. Extremely clean and well appointed. Stayed with my wife and college age son - the 2 bedrooms and living space were perfect! All appliances seemed brand new, outdoor grill worked great — cooked dinner both nights at the home. The hot tub was the highlight….104 degrees and the “chaise seat” in the hot tub was fantastic after skiing !!!Would absolutely come back to this home

Everything about this rental was fantastic. It was cozy and appealing. Our 10 year old loved having her own space upstairs and loved the bunkbed and having her own bathroom. The hot tub was great for her after skiing and it snowed on us while we soaked. The appliances were top notch as well. The community was quiet and lovely. She sledded on community mounds of snow and took pics with the moose at the entry. It was so close to everything as well. 100 percent will rent this place every time we return.

This condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Just a few minutes drive to Winter Park resort and the town. Check in/check out was very simple and communication with owners was quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place- close to everything!

Very cute place- new, clean, modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing hiking trails right out the front door. Close to restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again. Perfect weekend getaway!

Easy "check in" meaning information provided ahead of the stay so we went straight to the unit upon arrival with the codes needed for access. Kitchen was well stocked with the miscellaneous items you hate to buy because you will never use them up (salt, pepper, coffee filters, Saran Wrap, etc). Tasteful decor with mountainy accents. We will be back!

Nice relaxing stay

Very clean and comfortable home. It was a nice stay for our family and very peaceful, close by to everything we needed and easy to get to the mountain for spring skiing. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day and enjoy the stars. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful home in the best neighborhood in Fraser. The home was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and the home is full stocked with anything you could need. The garage access was also perfect to store our mountain bikes at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place!

Our time at this place was wonderful. It was in a great location, and its full amenities allowed us to spend our days away skiing and come back to a cozy home to cook our own dinners and enjoy several soaks in the hot tub. We even did a winter hike in the park within this development which provided spectacular mountain views. This experience provided everything we were looking for and more.

Perfect stay

We come to winterpark very often and this stay was great per usual. This house was perfect, a great location not too far from the slopes. There was a shuttle right next to the house so that you don't have to drive down to the slopes or the restaurants and shopping areas. The hot tub on the back porch was my favorite part. We also loved all of the windows in the living room so we could take in the beautiful view.

Quiet, convenient location. Nicely finished condo unit, with separate garage. Hot tub and fireplace were used with delight. Kitchen came well equipped. Beds were great. Would strongly recommend.

WINTERPARK

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. My wife and my 18yr and 11yr felt like we were at home. We had everything we needed to cook or to play and especially to just relax. We were in a perfect location close to everything. We even enjoyed the FRASER RIVER trails that run into the neighborhood. Great place to stay , we will back with the rest of the gang.

Perfect for Mom and Dad while the kids were at camp!

All the kids went to YMCA for the week. We stayed nearby (one daughter was at Adams Camp- IYKYK), just in case. It was close enough to feel good about being nearby but not, you know, HOME! Love the location as it's walkable/bicycle-able to lots. Fantastic week!

Great Location, Immaculate Space, and Family-Friendly Setup

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Fraser, Colorado! It was the perfect setup for our family—having the master bedroom on the main floor and bunk beds upstairs made it comfortable and convenient for everyone. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to all the necessary glassware. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a great added bonus and made things so much easier for our family. The location was peaceful with beautiful walking trails just steps from the door. And after a day of exploring, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
