We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and more than spacious enough for the three of us during our girls weekend in Fredericksburg.We especially loved the hot tub—it was the perfect way to relax after a day out—and the backyard was beautiful and a great place to unwind. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ideal location for being close to the energy of FBG but sufficiently secluded to have peace and relaxation. Can choose ultra privacy or open blinds for a bright and open experience. First time staying on the northside of Main and appreciated the choice of parallel roads. Hot tub was a nice option to cap a great day. The home is clean and cute with WiFi capable of handling every device we brought plus ones we didn’t I suspect. Eric was an efficient and timely communicator and offered a few suggestions for some FBG experiences we had not tried.

This home is a jewel, very cozy and inviting. A real charm in Fredericksburg. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit with a glass of wine, and an early morning dip in the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and coffee in the sunroom the next morning so relaxing. Great host, great communication and easy check-in.

We had an amazing trip in Fredericksburg! This house is really adorable! The street is a nice, quiet culdesac. We loved the porch & the outside patio. The downstairs bedroom is adorable and the bed is really comfortable. The upstairs room is a more of a loft room and the shower head made it a bit of a challenge. It’s just a 8-10 minute walk to the historic part of main, & another 8-10 minutes gets you to the downtown area. Stopping in places along the way makes it breeze by. At night, recommended to Uber because there aren’t street lights in the neighborhood (due to town ordinance). It was absolutely perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway!
