Each cottage provides the perfect setting and location for a quiet weekend retreat in Fredericksburg, or rent all 12 cottages for your special event with family & friends. There are nine newly built cottages and 3 that are original to the property, all impeccably furnished and decorated. There is also a stunning premiere event space available to book when renting all cottages.

Your location and scenery was Beautiful, Unfortunately the fire pit was not in working condition and we were not able to enjoy it as planned. I did not like that not all windows or doors had any form of coverings on them. There was no stove to cook any meals, no condiments or spices of any sort were provided, also since there was no dishwasher there was no dish soap to wash any dishes if using any and only 1 dish towel for the entire stay.

The apartment and furnishings are brand new. Feels secluded although its a block away from a main road.
