We are located less than 0.25 miles from the beach, this means in less than a 5 minute walk you can have sand between your toes. At the rear of the property is a shared pool, yard space and access to the dock.

House was clean and tidy. Floating dock was in good condition. Deep water with no concern for the boat while docked. Easy walking access to the beach!!!
