Disliked: Location

VRBO - a Terrible booking App

This was my first time of using VRBO app to book a hotel room and I am disappointed with Vrbo for not knowing the hotel rooms were fully booked and their site was still booking people. Even uptil now VRBO does not know my reservation which was even paid for already, was cancelled at the last minute. The cancellation threw me into confusion as I had cancelled a previous reservation for this one that was closer to the conference venue. Arriving a country for a conference and having no accommodation!!! That was not fun and Vrbo is asking me how my stay was. You need to work on your app to be more accurate and dependable. I can’t submit without filling all the spaces - so I just filled them arbitrarily.
