mooi appartement, karige huisraad aanwezig.

Heel mooi en goed gelegen appartement. Elke slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer en overal airco zijn de grote pluspunten. Ondergrondse garage enorme meerwaarde. (Altijd een plaats en altijd een frisse wagen) Aanwezige huisraad (glazen, tassen,borden, kommen) aan de karige kant. Zelfs geen slazwierder aanwezig bijvoorbeeld. Kuismateriaal amper aanwezig (lichte stofzuiger en kapotte swiffer.) Ondanks deze (kleine) ongemakken een dikke aanrader!!

Appartement trĂšs spacieux et lumineux mais manque quelques Ă©quipements et du bruit

Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, il est gĂ©nial, avec 2 SDB sĂ©parĂ©es , nos enfants Ă©taient fiers d'avoir leur propre douche, trĂšs lumineux, pratique et fonctionnel. Premier bĂ©mol : il manque des Ă©quipements, ce n'est pas possible de faire cuire bĂȘtement un plat comme des spaghetti dans les 2 minis casseroles Ă  disposition , on a mĂȘme dĂ» faire la bolognĂšse dans une poĂ«lle . Grave manquement : pas de percolateur , il y a bien une bouilloire mais rien pour faire du cafĂ©, ou plutĂŽt si une petite carafe mĂ©litta cassĂ©e pour laquelle nous n'avons jamais trouvĂ© les pads... Un micro-onde ne serait pas un luxe non plus. Second bĂ©mol : les livraisons au magasin casino qui commence parfois avant 6h du matin , le moteur du camion qui n'est pas Ă©teint par le chauffeur pendant sa livraison et le bruit des "rolls" qui transportent les caisses sur le sol bĂ©tonnĂ© de la place fait des vibrations dans tout l'appartement . Heureusement que ce n'Ă©tait que tous les 2 jours mais cela reste dĂ©sagrĂ©able si on veut faire la grasse matinĂ©e.
