Come stay in this charming and spacious 1912 home - beautifully renovated to blend historic character with modern comfort. Enjoy a fully equipped, host-friendly kitchen, plentiful seating, and a relaxing hot tub perfect for unwinding. Just a short walk from historic Main Street Fremont’s shops, dining, and Barnard park, and only 5 minutes from the lakes. Perfect for families, friends, or groups—this cozy retreat offers plenty of space, warmth, and charm for everyone to enjoy together. The main floor features a cozy living room, large dining area, and an updated kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for gathering and entertaining. You’ll also find a convenient full bath with bath tub and a laundry room, both with heated floors for added comfort. Upstairs, there are three generous bedrooms including a primary suite with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, double sinks, and a walk-in shower. Each bedroom showcases beautiful hardwood floors and classic charm. A second full bathroom upstairs also includes heated tile floors, adding a touch of luxury. Outside, enjoy morning coffee or evening chats on the front porch or back deck, unwind in the private hot tub, and take advantage of the detached garage and fenced yard. Located just blocks from Barnard Park and historic downtown Fremont, this home offers space, warmth, and convenience—perfect for families, groups, or friends seeking a cozy retreat with modern comforts. You have access to anything that is unlocked. If it looks suspiciously like it might not be something guests should have access to, ask me about it. Absolutely amazing place to stay! This 100 year old house is like a gem stuck in time! The decor was gorgeous. Host was very quick to reply. It was the perfect weekend get away. Super clean, house smelled amazing, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Will totally be staying again. If your on the fence about booking this home, make like Nike and Just Do It!!
