We stayed here twice this Christmas. The first time, I mentioned to the staff that the lights in the fitness room were buzzing loudly and they said they would take care of it. The second time, I noticed the lights were not fixed. Buzzing lights makes working out annoying. Also, the area around the hotel is not walking friendly. There is a tent village outside. I would still stay here again because the staff was great and the beds were comfy. The 1st floor is pretty loud with street traffic. A good noise machine cancels that out well, but would have rather been on a higher floor. They did make that happen for us on the second trip. Thank you, James!
Big shout out for James at the front desk an Yolanda in the kitchen. Both of these staff members went above and beyond for us. On Christmas Eve James came all the way to the 4th floor to bring us a blanket/extra pillow. Yolanda helped me keep my breakfast oats tasty and warm. This place works hard to keep the customers happy.
The purpose of our stay was to break up the drive from the Bay Area to Disneyland. We arrived for a late-night check in. The staff was fantastic! The room was spacious, updated, and clean. I would definitely book again.
Front desk staff was terrible. He messed up our room booking on his end multiple times. Room key stopped working and had to go back and have them reprogrammed multiple times. He put another family booked to the room, so while we were sleeping they were trying to get in the room. Major safety concern. Then when they went down to tell him he can up and pounding on the door waking my kids up and was mad that we were in the room. When I confronted him about it he realized he messed up but still tried to make it the employee before his even though he was the one who checked us in. Each time I interacted with him at the front desk he was playing games on his phone and seemed irritated I had to make him step away from them.
