Great overnight stay

Exceptional customer service at check-in. Sadly the rooms do not have USB plugs or wall adapters except for the bathroom.

Simple, spacious and clean

Overall it was a positive experience with a clean spacious room. It met my needs including a table and chairs to work on my computer in the room. Parking was great and the simple continental breakfast was a nice extra.

The place leaves a lot to be desired. While I can't speak to the quality of the other rooms on the premises, the room that I and my family stayed in had many issues. Cracks in the walls; holes in some of the blankets and curtains; furniture that has scuffs and marks on it, showing its age; "breakfast" is little more than pre-wrapped pastries, toast, jam/butter, and orange juice/coffee; and the probably the largest issue: the photos of the property that are shown on the website of said property do little to nothing to show any level of accuracy as to the ACTUAL condition of the property. Aside from the price of the room, which admittedly isn't bad at all, the only other real saving grace of my entire visit was the night receptionist. She was an absolute delight, and

I was on the second floor and when you walked it felt like you were going to fall right through the floor. Dressers were all broken and defective we saw some stains on the carpet looked like blood splatter. Would not stay in this hotel ever again.

Water was not hot

The staff was very friendly and they were able to give us a first floor room, as requested. We let the water run for a long time, but it never did get hot. Also, the floors were dirty. Walking around barefoot our feet got very dirty and there was no hot water for a shower.

Beware

The room was very unsanitary and had a terrible smell. It's also located where there homeless people walk around and ask for money. Breakfast was terrible. My wife and I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed for one because we couldn't take the smell and how dirty are room was.

It’s just our luck that a bunch of people were smoking and talking till dawn outside our room. Besides that, the room is nice and spacious. Free breakfast though not a lot options, better than nothing at all.
