Between Figeac and Saint Cirq Lapopie, in the Lot Valley, in a private hamlet, 'Le Hameau du Quercy', surrounded by meadows and centuries-old trees, decorated with a natural swimming pool, this cottage with contemporary charm, 4 people, is very comfortable (4 ears Gîtes de France).

The cottage "Orée des chênes" overlooks the hamlet, is furnished according to Feng Shui and offers a contemporary and refined style. You will enjoy the view of the natural swimming pool from the balcony, and a superb view of the forest from the terrace.

This cottage has a spacious living room equipped with a fireplace, TV, Hifi, Internet, a functional kitchen, crockery, quality furniture and bedding, spacious walk-in shower, separate WC, laundry room, terrace with lounge. garden and barbecue.

The cottage is renovated with natural and noble materials, the decoration is full of tranquility and signed by local artists.

The private garden, delimited by dry stones, surrounds the gîte and offers a magnificent view of the forested and hilly massifs.

The natural swimming pool accessible in fine weather is in perfect harmony with the place.

An open fireplace will be appreciated in winter (wood provided).

Perfect peace!

The hameau is a wonderfully tranquil place, the house was exactly as pictured and well equipped, the gardens and pool were delightful and well maintained. Fabienne and Olivier were friendly, responsive, discreet hosts whose english was far better than our french will ever be! The two nearest towns Figeac; the larger; and Cajarc have all you need and plenty of good restaurants, Figeac has a very good market. Our only slight regret was the distance to food shops even a boulangerie required a car journey to the next village. All in all a wonderful stay in a delightful part of France.

Perfect for lovers of nature and tranquility

Fantastic property, idyllic setting. It is very thoughtfully landscaped to provide privacy from the other parts of the property. The pool is beautiful, as is the surrounding countryside. Our hosts were thoughtful and welcoming and we hope to return next summer to stay again.

De très belles vacances dans un magnifique gite tout équipé pour un séjour calme et ressourçant. Le hameau se trouve dans un havre de verdure avec accès direct vers les chemins pour VTT, balades ou course à pied... La piscine est incroyable également. Tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente bien. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir le Lot et ses merveilles.
