In the district of Kleinboden 2.7 km from the centre of Fügen, 5.6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 48 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Fügen Ausserladscheider" 110 m, railway station "Uderns Bahnhof" 1.5 km. Mountain railway 2.1 km, ski lift 2.1 km, ski bus stop 5 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn Kaltenbach 6 km, Spieljochbahn 2.1 km. The owner sometimes lives in a separate part of the house on weekends. The owner occasionally checks the garden and takes out the trash. New from summer 2025: a ground-level, lockable ski and bike room with ski boot dryer and outlets for charging e-bikes.
