Well-located and newly renovated holiday home
The holiday home includes, among other things, a 6-person electrically heated wilderness hot tub, a game room with, among other things, pool and table football. The entire property is located about 150 m from the shoreline on the island Fur.
The holiday home's plot covers a total of 680 m². The garden behind the house is grassed and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the vacation in peace or to be active with games and ball sports. Around the house, there are several cozy corners that are perfect for relaxing with a good book while the children play in the garden or enjoy the large and luxurious wilderness hot tub. The terrace and garden are also fenced, so small children and pets can move around safely and freely.
The house offers numerous possibilities for various activities and is an experience in itself. There are many hours of entertainment here for both children and adults. Activities include billiards, table football, outdoor darts, ladder golf, a football goal, and a Playstation 4 in the living room.
The holiday home is bright and inviting. It is well and practically furnished with an open combination of kitchen/dining room/living room. There is underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, both bathrooms, and hallways, mainly powered by district heating, offering good opportunities to save on energy consumption. The house also offers an electric car charging station. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktops, an extractor hood, a separate convection oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, and a separate freezer with at least 100 liters of capacity.
The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet (500/500), and a Smart TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own TV services. There is also a bio-fireplace that will warm you on a cool summer evening or a rainy autumn evening.
The bright bathroom includes a bathing area, toilet, and shower. A guest bathroom with a toilet is also available. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a dryer in the house. The holiday home has four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a bunk bed, while the other two have double beds.

If the house’s activities are not enough, there is a large green area about 250 meters from the house, with a playground, picnic tables, a multi-sports field, and mini golf, etc. (Mini golf equipment can be rented on-site).
