Villa with heated jacuzzi and 180° sea view

A traditional stone home with stunning views over the Adriatic sea. This fully refurbished property is the ideal choice if you wish to escape the hustle of everyday life and relax soaking in a heated whirlpool (open the whole year) gazing at the sea. The property offers all modern amenities: air conditioning, two large satellite TVs, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine.

The recent refurbishing gives a modern touch to a traditional house. The outside comes with external furniture, sunbeds and sofas plus a brand new heated whirlpool where you can enjoy your aperitivo before dinner. There is also an external kitchen with a gas stove and barbeque to grill your freshly caught fish.

The inside consists of two modern bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining room. The kitchen is an original trullo connected by a covered portico.

If you’d like to use the 2x2 metres heated jacuzzi on the terrace (up to 40 °C), enjoying the stunning sea view while relaxing in a whirlpool massage, this is an extra €80 for the preparation €20 per day. This extra charge includes the whirlpool disinfection, which is carried out at every change of guests and every 2-3 days during your stay.

In a few minutes drive you can reach Santa Maria di Leuca with its restaurants and boutique shops. Within 15 minutes you can swim in the Maldive del Salento lido famed for its sand and crystal clear water. On the Adriatic coast you find Il Ciolo which is one of the most picturesque places to swim in Puglia.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,44 on 08/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
