Arrived at 615 and was told I would have to wait a few minutes till they could help me. At 645 I finally got checked in. Bad customer service. Was not informed there was a 25$ pet fee. I got thhe room that I asked for when booking the reservation, it was very peaceful and quiet the bed was alright, and the jet whirlpool was amazing!! Service were very helpful and friendly, was impressed!!

We arrived around 3:40pm. when we arrived, the check in tablet could not find my name or reservation. The gentleman behind the counter had to check us in. However, we were told our room wasn't cleaned and would have to wait. While standing in the lobby for about 10 minutes we were told we had to sit down. There were 2 other parties unable to check in because of room availability. After about 20-25 minutes, he called us to the counter and we were able to check in. Once in the room, the TV didn't work. there were two remotes but neither controlled the tv properly. The staff wasn't very pleasant and didn't seem to want to be working. They were not very proffesional.

Upon arrival, the room had a very heavy dog smell, the mirror light in the bathroom didn't work, the tv was difficult to use, the remote batteries were taped in, and the shows we tried to enjoy had some weird narrative voice over. We were awake at 4am because of noise. It sounded like construction on the floor above us. We like LaQuinta but will not likely be back to this location. I would like to mention that the staff was very nice. Most of the issues were maintenance related.

We were assigned to room 406 which is on the front side of the property and faces the highway (I35). We could hear trucks and other loud vehicles all night long and we weren’t able to enjoy a full night of sleep. Very disappointed.
