Worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was not cleaned very well and I found trash on the floor. The bathroom light didn’t work and the shower valve handle was broken. I have to assume the bedding was clean. I would give this particular hotel 5 negative stars. Because of my experience, I will never stay in a Quality Inn hotel again.

Phone was dead and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get staff to come to our room and hook up the TV. Short staffed was an issue. There was a hole at the base of the door. The breakfast was horrendous! Orange liquid was supposed to be juice. No toast, bread or pastries available. Coffee was terrible and the food was cold. No kitchen staff available. The downstairs bathrooms in the dining area were out of order. No ice machine or laundry service available.

Needs updating. The toilet was hard to flush & made weird flushing noises. The tub only had a hole for a drain. The shower curtain had stains on it. There was a smoke detector in the ceiling but the actual smoke detector was missing & wires hanging from it. But for a one night stay it was clean.

The clerk that checks you in has an attitude the room I stayed in the carpet was wet I don't know if it was coming from the bath tub or the toilet, and water at the end of the stairs.... Over all I won't be staying their again

The room had a very large spider, holes in the drywalls, paint was peeling very badly in tub…horrible state!! Breakfast was a joke, eggs were still powdery and sausage was very cold with cold grease still on!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. There were bloodstains on the bed, and when I reported it to the staff, they were unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. The lock on my door was also broken, making me feel unsafe. Despite multiple attempts to contact management for compensation or an apology, I received no response. I do not recommend this hotel.

We had several problems in our room! 1. Blow dryer was broken 2. TV not working properly 3. Toliet continuously making loud flushing noises. Had to turn it off. Never in my life had I ever had to do this in a motel 4. Exposed wires inside at front door. Huge safety concern. 5. Bathroom sink clogged. Would not recommend this property. We were charged $5.00 for a service fee. Young lady at the desk said it was for check in service. Didn’t make sense.

Could have been a better stay

When we showed the front desk all the issues we had & found, the response we got aas “maintenance must have overlooked it”.
Restroom door knob loose, not easy to close.
Restroom light dim. The light above the shower was brighter.
The unit was either too hot (hard to breathe) or too cold. Finally found a comfortable temp at 4am.
Bottom of shower curtain had a huge yellow stain.

I asked on Saturday afternoon for more towels and i was told that they would bring to room, we came back to room around 10 pm that night and no towels were delivered. I went back to front desk and all they had was dry off towels...VERY DISAPPOINTING!

CS: Front desk saw me enter the building and did not acknowledge so I had to call the hotel in order for him to come up front and attend me. Ext: Looked decent. Aside from all the construction going on. Building needs numbers to direct you to the correct room otherwise your left to search the room on your own. 👎 I was given the room key no key folder with room number so by the time I got to my car I forgot the rm number. Had to call the office again. It happens to everyone! only stayed overnight. Quiet area. Non traffic area.

The nightstands were all dusty. The sink had a blonde hair in it, a few more on the counter, some blonde some brown. The tub was peeling and there was hair in there as well. There was an old fry behind the nightstand. There was a hole done by the bathroom door behind it on the wall and instead of fixing it, it got filled up with toilet paper. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.
