Firstly I made a mistake and lost my I D and on top of that she wouldn't refund my money. So free rooms for two days Hotel was dirty, smells bad, people hang out drinking in the parking lot. Very uncomfortable and unsafe. and I blame Expedia for even having a relationship with A Hotel like that. Never use Expedia again.

Nasty POOL

Went for the weekend. My husband was playing in a golf tournament. I was going to relax by the pool. I got there at 2:40 p.m. was told to come back at 3:00 p.m. I drove around and looked for the pool. The pool is green, black and there are no chairs around it. When I checked in the young girl said your room is facing the pool. I ask her is there another pool because the one I saw is green and nasty. She said it is under maintenance and has been for about a week. This was not true. I did not look on the reviews but when I went to look it show that the pool was green as far back as the first of July. If you are wanting to relax by the pool do not stay at this hotel.

Its a pay by the week type place. Ice machine had no ice, door to room has been kicked in before and not properly fixed. It was a clean room.

The room itself looked like the pictures, it was fine. But the rest of the property could have been prettied up more to look as good as the rooms. Also we couodnt flush the toilet. The pool was filthy and green looking with stuff in it, there were full garbage cans in the breezeway leading to the stairs. It just wasn't pretty on the outside like most motels are. This is my first and last time staying at a Quality Inn.

Checked in and looked at beds, sheets had not been changed! There were blood spots and pubic hairs on sheets!. Told them and showed pics, they gave me another room so I checked them sheets and they were worse hairs all over sheets, no pillow cases either. So I just walked out and left and didn’t return

The property itself is very run down , the pool was disgusting and alot of shady people around the rooms. The office is not marked as an office. Trash bags all over the building.

We checked in and went to the room, which was dingy and very outdated, the air conditioning did not work and it was in the upper 90's outside. We called the front desk to advise and he said to just come get my money back. No problem!

Reserved reservation at the quality Inn in the advertisement it shows a huge swimming pool. The swimming pool was of no use because I don’t know why second we asked for a better room and ended up with a worse room with a picture completely down smashed on the floor no working hairdryer And the first room was better than the second room. I should’ve just stayed there. They were supposed to put me in a better room they put me in a washroom. I will never stay there again. They suck.
