The building is divided into 2 units that are elegantly decorated, each with a private outdoor area with garden furniture, a table and chairs and a barbecue.
Outside, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool located immersed in a garden measuring 700m².
Available to guests: swimming pool (for shared use), private and furnished outdoor area for each apartment, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, TV, insect screens, washing machine and dishwasher.
Distances: Marina di Mancaversa (wide range of shops) - 2 km; the closest beach lies 50m from the property; Gallipoli - 12 km; Torre San Giovanni - 9 km; Otranto - 77 km; Lecce - 50 km.
