Offering 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and accommodations for up to 19 guests, this ocean-view retreat with private hot tub and community pool (open early March through November) transforms your seaside escape into a dreamlike experience. Every detail of this picture-perfect beach house is designed to evoke a sense of serenity and seaside bliss.

Nestled along the Gulf Coast, this 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house is a coastal haven sprawling over 2,250 square feet. Boasting direct beach access, it welcomes beachgoers, sunbathers, families and friends with the promise of relaxation from the moment they arrive. Providing the comforts of home, it "takes you awave” to a world of relaxation, just a few steps away from the ocean waves and sandy shore beneath your feet.

Upon arrival, you have access to an extra wide driveway, which can facilitate up to 8 cars, allowing for easy unloading and loading during your visit. Please utilize the functional walking ramp for those needing a little extra mobility assistance or help in transporting heavy items into the house. In addition, enjoy the fully fenced-in yard which brings added privacy and protection for children and pets.

As you step inside, prepare to be bathed in sunlight streaming through the expansive floor-to- ceiling windows. The warm rays not only illuminate the space but also create a soul-soothing ambiance. The gleaming floors, complemented by tranquil shades of blue, establish the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable retreat centered around relaxation. The living room features plenty of seating with a large, plush sectional couch, along with swivel chairs, wrapped in the ambiance of an electric fireplace and large screen TV. Enjoy endless hours of fun with the Infinity Electronic Game Table inset within the coffee table, allowing access to over 50 free games such as Monopoly, Yahtzee, Chutes & Ladders, Candyland, and many others.

The seamless transition between the living room and kitchen ensures that entertaining becomes effortlessly enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances and other comforts of home including a combo Keurig/Regular Coffee Maker with access to a complimentary Keurig Pod Tower, Electric Hot Water Kettle, Instapot with Air Fryer, Blender, Waffle Maker, Electric Mixer and Large Oven Roaster. The kitchen also features a Smart TV to entertain while crafting culinary delights. Gather around the custom kitchen dining bench with seating up to 7 or dine together at the spacious formal dining table accommodating up to 10, setting the scene for delightful moments. There is additional seating for 2 at a buffet bar and 2 in a corner living room table if you desire to spread out.

As daylight fades, retire to the thoughtfully designed bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and the other 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom on the first floor is adorned with a Queen Bed and a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle, providing a cozy retreat. The second bedroom has an ocean view for a restful haven and is equipped with a Queen bed accompanied by a Twin Trundle. Enjoy late-night entertainment with the convenience of Smart TVs in both inviting spaces. Both bedrooms on the first floor have access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and another half bathroom for convenience. With a desire to be child and pet friendly, you will have access to certain amenities if you desire. For young children, we provide a portable high chair, booster seat, play pen, two safety gates, plates, utensils and sippy cups. For dogs, we provide bowls, two sleeping pads, one large cage, two leashes and plenty of refuse bags.

Located on the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom features playful and functional 2 built-in Twin over Twin Bunk Beds, creating a lively atmosphere for younger guests, complemented by its own Smart TV. In the fourth bedroom, discover the flexibility of a custom Queen Murphy Bed combined with a built-in Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, ensuring both comfort and adaptability. Enhance your relaxation with the convenience of a Smart TV in this thoughtfully designed space. Both bedrooms share a large full bathroom with a double vanity sink and plenty of mirror space, along with separate shower/tub and toilet areas for privacy.

Finally, the fifth bedroom boasts a spacious and regal atmosphere with a King Bed, private balcony, private mini-bar with Keurig machine, complimentary Keurig pods, mini fridge, and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy your favorite shows or unwind with ease as this room also comes equipped with its own Smart TV. In addition to the secluded beach access and private hot tub, feel free to enjoy the community pool located on the bay side of the neighborhood, which is open from early March through the end of November.

This beach house is located in a cozy, tranquil neighborhood on the west end of Galveston, and it has a few guidelines in the “Policies” section to maximize the guest experience within the local community. In addition, we will provide an online link to our digital guest book prior to arrival, which will contain helpful information about all aspects of the property as well as places to experience in Galveston.
