Called front desk from cell phone, no phone in room about having trash taken out, no one ever came by the room for 5 days even though we asked numerous times. Rain leaked under front door on second floor. Room keys did not work on two separate occasions And staff blamed us for deactivating. Small refrigerator was too cold no thermostat and food froze. Again no one came to look at it. No closet to hang clothes. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

What sold us was being able to leave our car there during the duration of our cruise at half the cost of the usual parking lots near the terminal.

The elevator was broke twice. We were on the 4th floor with a heavy cooler that we had to carry downstairs. The toilet was broken and the maintenance man was unbothered as he was called but did not remedy the problem.

Walls are paper thin and we were on the fourth floor next to the pool and the noise from screaming kids was horrible. Then the birds nested in top of the palm trees around the pool late at night and made all kinds of noise tell late. You will not get room service unless you ask for if daily. clean towels etc.
