THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR. There is nothing good at this property. I booked this hotel over a month before me and my kids step into this horrible place. The rudest owner/manager/staff. the first room the refrigerator didn't work, the tv didn't work and it was extremely hard to get into the first room. Went down within 10 mins. asking for another room. at first they were trying to make me feel stupid. the owner or manager said in a foreign language and then said fine give them another room. So, we went to the other room and we couldn't even get into the 2nd room. went back down spoke to them again. mind you I already paid up front an additional $70.00 to check-in early and to park at the hotel for the nights we where suppose to be there. They are the worst people. They refused to refund my money especially the $70.00 I just paid within 30 minutes. I decide this isn't safe for me and my kids. I had to call my bank to get my refund and to block all payments or hidden fee for this hotel was going to charge. You don't treat your customers that way. I realized after I got in and settled in to my new hotel, I realized there was no signs of certificates to operate and manage hotel from the City of Galveston. And the pictures online isn't at all what they actually look like. Crappiest place I have ever been to. I hope all of the complaints I made to the City of Galveston, I hope they get fine. They shouldn't be open.
