Received email from hotel to check in online and to request special accommodations. Needed first floor due to age and mobility issues. At the hotel we were put on 3rd floor, the night clerk said they cant see special requests. We did get help with luggage. Room A/C and phone didnt work, it was pretty warm. Got moved to a room next door, A/C worked but TV had sound no picture, didnt check the phone. The second night we were moved to a first floor room but could not get help with luggage. Rooms weren't filthy but did have some dirt in bathroom floor corner.

The price was good and it was at a good point prize, but there was a $15 to a park at the hotel even if I booked a room. Breakfast was t that good there was only 1 kind of cereal the muffins weren’t that soft. I led that the bed was comfortable

Property really needs some TLC!!! The first room we were directed to, the door wouldn’t open. Second room really needed updating (the entire property needed this). Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, all the lamps were rusted, there was junk/debris under the A/C unit, the alarm clock in the room didn’t work and was missing the front cover to it. The bathtub had mold in all the caulking and fixtures were all rusted. Checked out the continental breakfast but was disappointed with the options and honestly after seeing the cleanliness and state of the room, I don’t think I could have eaten anything there.

Totally disgusring

We had bed bugs in our room. There was a cigarette, finger nails and trash in the room. The bottoms of our feet turned black from the filth. The toilet was disgusting, we had hairs all over the room, there was so much grime it was unbelievable.

I tried to call for 3 consecutive days the week of our stay to see if I could arrange an early check in. No one ever answered the phone on the property, and when I arrived to check in you could hear the phone ringing non-stop in the office. We paid the $30 early check in fee, plus the $15 parking fee which I felt was a bit of a scam. However, it wasn't the end of the world. When we got into the room, I had booked a Queen sized bed, and we were given two double beds. The toilet had fecal matter in the bowl as well as on the underside of the seat. The bathtub had 4 inches of water in it, which I was not pleased about, but we had an event to attend so we dropped our bags and headed out. We got in late that evening, tired from travel and our event. When we got into bed, we noticed there was only a fitted and flat sheet on the bed, I looked for a blanket but there was none in the room. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone, maybe thinking they would answer if they saw it was from on the property. The phone was plugged into the wall, but had no dial tone, didn't work?? We gave up on it and went to bed. Saturday, I went down to get a cup of coffee, on the way down the trash can at the bottom of the stairs was so full of trash it was spilling out onto the ground. When I got into the lobby I stepped into use the restroom, that trashcan was spilling out onto the floor as well. There is more to tell, but not enough room to finish, horrible property go elsewher

The room was filthy. The floors made all of our feet black. No blankets on the beds. Mold all over the bathroom. The A/C leaked all over the floor. The walls were paper thin. We heard our neighbors all night. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. For almost $200 a night, I feel ripped off. Will be making a complaint with corporate.

They charge a hefty fee if you need to check-in early. We did check in early and house keeping kept trying to open our door. No vending machines, asked for an extra pillow theee times and was told later in the day that they were out.

The tv screen did not work, the room needs improvements, coffee was on counter but there no coffee maker in the room, lamp base was rusted, dirty fingerprints on microwave, floor had cleaner film and as tacky on my shoes and the bed linens made me itch.
