The staff was wonderful and we absolutely loved the convenience of having a nice restaurant next door. It was also pretty handy with a McDonald's (my husband must have their coffee) and a convenient store just a few feet away.

Good all around view, although the balconies are a little small. Very convenient location, not far from any restaurants or sights. Maybe work with GPS services to iron out actual entrance drive, instead of coming in through Popeye's or Doc Holliday's. 1 washer/dryer available for folks on longer stays is a little inconvenient.

When we checked into our room the air conditioning was not working correctly. We notified the front desk and within 10 minutes a maintenance person was at our door. Another 20 minutes later the A/C was completely replaced and working great.

Out door pool is across the road in the “sister property.” Smell of weed is everywhere, indoor pool says heated, but the water is cold. Elevators are slow and seemingly on their last leg. There is 1 per side of the property. Ocean view is partial only. You can hear stomping from upstairs. Check in is @ 4pm, so if u are only staying 1 night. It will literally be at night! It was confusing to find the lobby at first, cause it’s at the top of a steep hill. Around the back of the property, where only 3 cars can fit in a cramped area. The lighting in the room was very dim. I know u get what you pay for….

The hide a bed was musky and mildew. Took the cusions off to pull it out and I didnt pull it out. It was bad!! I didn't complain I had my kids sleep with me. I had a phone call about the kids being to loud! I made reservations for my kids and I. My kids are ages 5 and 6. I don't believe I would stay here again!

Best Stay

Pet friendly but you won't have ocean view with pet. Can only be on the 1st and 2nd floor. Still good vacation and stay. Loved the room we had since at the end of the hallway and kinda private. Nice breakfast and best beach trip our family has had.

Hotel needs a renovation and get rid of that old carpet ASAP. Location is great, staff is friendly and room was clean. Room rate is actually high for what you get when compared to other chain hotels with similar rating.
