Check in was very easy, good location about 20 mins to town on bus. The bus stop is right out front of hotel making transportation easy. The rooms were spacious and worked well for our family of 4. Hotel was very clean, restaurant down stairs was good. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Thank you for a lovely 3 night stay recently. An excellent breakfast buffet was included with our reservation and the hotel offers a wonderful restaurant/bar for dinner. All staff was attentive and informative. Just an fyi that sometimes, the toilet didn't flush well. Thank you for everything.

Rooms were fantastic, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Food was fantastic , breakfast is great - really good selection I only have 1 complaint.. the pool area is very tired. it’s not like the pictures. It’s a small pool for size of hotel and there are only hard plastic chairs around it.

Great place to stay while in Galway. A little far from the city centre, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the bus takes you into the city centre.

Cons:The room smelled terrible. The hotel is not in the centre of Galway. The toilets did not flush well. Pros: The room size was large and the breakfast was good with gluten free options.

Great family rooms!

Great big family room with proper decent beds for everyone. So comfy!! Had a fridge and all so we could keep our snacks and extra milk in the fridge, always a great addition when travelling with kids. Breakfast was perfect. Great selection of choice. Something for everyone!

Very dissatisfied

Air conditioning cut off other electrical lights. Toilets do not flush well. The remotes to the TV did not work and had to be synced with TV. Was supposed to have 2 breakfast bags ready for our early departure - only to find out they never had them even though we paid for the breakfast. It was disappointing as this hotel looks very nice but is not up to par for the cost.

Nice hotel, very busy on areival but we didn't realise it was the weekend of the races! Spacious room, with a nice balcony. One negative - some of the staff werent friendly, not even acknowledging us as we passed in doorways and corridors.
