Listing Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the home (excluding the garage). The driveway fits 2–3 vehicles, with additional gravel parking beside the home for 2–4 more depending on size. Overflow parking for extra vehicles and trailers is also available through the HOA on a first-come, first-served basis.
Listing Notes:
- Bring your bikes, scooters, or walking shoes — the Bear Lake bike path is just steps behind the home, giving you direct access to scenic shoreline rides and an easy route into Garden City!
- During fall, winter, and spring months, we strongly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for safe access to the property, as snow and road conditions can change quickly.
