Decent, Friendly Staff….
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was fun for the kids to make s’mores every night and the location was right by the north entrance for Yellowstone National Park which made it super convenient. The free coffee and reusable water bottles were nice touches. The kids used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed it. I used the laundry facilities multiple times since we were there for about 5 days. It was great to have clean clothes!
The issue I personally had was it was gnat hatching season. Obviously, nature can’t be helped. We didn’t leave our doors open but every morning, we’d find dead gnats (or insects in the bathroom). Because work was being done at the hotels, some rooms had exposed lighting areas which is how I suspect the gnats were coming in. So I’d have to clean the area up after dinging dead insects in the bathtub and on the floor every morning.
Linen was refreshed but they didn’t switch out the comforter which had stains on it and in hindsight, I should have asked them to change it. So that’s on me.
Aside from that, it was a great location for anyone going into the national park. It’s hard to find really great accommodations there because it’s a tourist area and most things in the $300+ range for a night is still not high end. So set your expectations accordingly.
