The room was very clean with plenty of towels, soap etc. The view was amazing. The washing machine and dryer was very good. The only thing we didn't like was a buzzing from the ice making room below ours. No one seemed to be able to turn it off day or night.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet. They had binoculars and a hiking stick you could use. Was able to see elk and a wolf from the balcony using the binoculars. Great location to visit North Entrance of Yellowstone.

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room was on bottom floor facing parking lot..very noisy outside and upstairs guests noisy. There was a banging noise like a ball hitting the wall that was off and on all night..I was told it was the pipes..needless to say I would not stay in this hotel again. I was also under impression the restaurant was attached to hotel but it is not.

This is a very nice facility for Gardiner. There is a great view of the river, staff are very friendly and efficient. I have not complaints about the facility itself. I do have a complaint about their billing. The bill includes a $15.00 "amenities" charge, per night. What is an amenities charge; if you bring your own toilet paper, towels and bed linens you don't have to pay the "amenities" charge? If management wants to charge that, just include it in the price of the hotel.

Book it now!

This is a great place to stay for Yellowstone! We stayed in the building with rooms on the backside lower floor facing towards the river and the mountains. If you can book one of these rooms, do it. The view is amazing and the sound of the river is so relaxing. The room was clean and had plenty of room. There are great amenities here such as a pool, hot tub, game room, free s’mores, filtered water machine, free laundry room. Gardiner is a neat town right by the Roosevelt arch entrance close to Mammoth. Highly recommend!
