The beds were very comfortable and ensuite bathrooms with every room was a huge plus. Everything was well designed and felt high end. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. Appreciate the passcode lock on the pool door as well as a pool alarm for extra safety for the kids. Check in was easy and communication was fast. Had a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved and the team that was sent out was friendly and professional. Would note that it is definitely within walking distance to the main strip-- about 8-10 minutes-- but it is up a couple very steep hills. Not an issue for most of us but would keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Overall great stay!

This place was amazing!!! We have been to gatlinburg many times and this is now our absolute favorite!! It’s close enough to walk to everything, and the home is stocked with everything you could need. The movie room was amazing and to have our own pool and hot-tub was the best. Our host Darlene was very prompt and responsive when we reached out. There was a group of 10 of us and we had plenty of space! The home was clean and the bedding was SO COMFORTABLE!! 10/10 recommend this place!!

Our host was very helpful and communicative. The property was simply gorgeous and provided every amenity. The cinema room provided an elevated experience to our family movie night! We loved being able to walk down to the strip for breakfast, lunch or supper. Having snow arrive during our stay made the experience even more magical. The fireplace, heated pool and hot tub made us feel as if we were at our own private resort. We cannot wait to return for our next visit!

We have been going to Gatlinburg for the holidays for more than 40 years and this one of our very best stays. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, extremely clean and the best views in Gatlinburg of the downtown area. Can walk to everything but really didn’t want to leave. Booking and access was easy and the host was the best we’ve experienced with communications. Highly recommend this to anyone, you will enjoy your stay and never want to leave the Mountains! We will be back!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt this property warranted one. The house is stunning—three spacious levels, updated interiors, and a well-stocked kitchen with extras like a crock pot and air fryer. The location is excellent and walkable to the Gatlinburg strip, though the return walk includes two steep hills which may be challenging for some guests. Check-in was frustrating. We arrived less than an hour early and tried contacting the host via app, text, and phone with no response. The keypad code didn’t work nor did the manual key. After multiple calls and a lengthy wait, maintenance finally provided a working code. Maintenance arrived onsite later and was able to reset the keypad and code—huge thanks to them. The hot tub was small for a 12-person house, fitting only 3 comfortably, possibly 4 of guests don’t mind close quarters. The indoor pool was a nice feature, but the alarm system activated when someone entered the pool waist deep and wasn’t explained at check-in. The downstairs half bath had a leaking toilet that wasn’t repaired during our stay, and the outdoor firepit required a key we didn’t have (we borrowed one from a neighbor). Also, there are no exterior stairs between balconies, which made accessing outdoor amenities less convenient. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would consider returning. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from the host, which made check-in unnecessarily stressful.
