Everything was in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg do look out for bears because there was a bear around the property for 2days also some things need to be updated the carpet in the stairwell is old and has a moldy smell and the carpets in the rooms has a lot of wear and tear the fitness center was under renovation very kind staff the view from the balcony was great breakfast was hot and fresh and good choices every day the room was very clean

Location was great to access downtown. Short walk to Convention Center. Indoor pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. There are a few things in that area that could use some attention but nothing that kept us from using the pool.

Room was super noisy. Had to call desk three times the first night there. Finally got someone to see about above neighbors. Started back up at 3:30am. I didn’t want to stay the additional night but was never responded back too. Waste of money in my opinion. Look for a quieter and better hotel.
