Lots of updates need to be done. Bathroom jet tub was filthy. Property had a lot of things that needed to be fixed or updated. We witnessed a family trapped in the elevator which did not make us want to use the elevators at all during our trip

The kitchenette was pretty impressive even though we didn’t use it. Plenty of natural light and seating in living/dining room. The floor was pretty dirty and I took a while to sweep it myself. Also, the shower curtain was too short so the floor got soaked when we used it. Other than those two minor issues, we had a great stay!

Pros: Very quiet and clean room. We had great quality sleep there. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Laundry facilities are also available. Helpful staff when we have requests. Cons: check-in process was not smooth. The check-in location isn’t the same as the GPS location. We went to the wrong place and saw a lot of other guests did the same. In addition to providing the check-in location address, it would be better if the instructions added a reminder that the check-in location is different than GPS location. Otherwise many of us would assume they were the same. Also, it would be more convenient if there were more obvious signs of garage entrance. We saw lots of cars driving into the oversized parking lot which needs a permit.

It is not nearly as pretty as the pictures make it look. Our room had problems, the a/c leaked during the day. The heating didn’t work well in the evening.

My daughters and I had a great time. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was freezing but we didn’t care. The hot tub was nice after walking around all day. We come about once a year and I’ll most likely stay here next time.

We scheduled to stay at one property and they moved us when we got there to the other property without the pool with no warning or discount. Some hotel staff very helpful. Others not. Property is old and not updated.

Great location, right by lots of cool places to eat and shop. Trolley stop very close by, can walk to it. Jacuzzi bathtub is awesome, as is the private balcony. Only complaints we had were minor things: shorted out light switches, missing light bulbs, tv remote didn't control the tv. However, the one single thing that would make me reconsider staying here again: the elevators. Extremely slow and seem to have a mind of their own when it comes to going up or down. Never seen an elevator behave the way this one did. Overall, great place! Some minor repairs and adjustments would make this a no-brainer for all of our visits to Gatlinburg! Also, if you stay, go to the Log Cabin Pancake House across the street!

Overall a nice stay. Spacious two bedroom suite. There was some construction around the premises that I wasn’t aware of but it was ok. We enjoyed our stay and so did the kids!
