Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla tarvikkeilla, joita tarvitset aterioiden ja muistojen tekemiseen, mukaan lukien 2 uunia ja 2 jääkaappia! Alakerroksen poreallas 12 hengen kylpytynnyri sopii erinomaisesti kylmään vuoriyöhön, tapaamiseen ystävien kanssa tai rentoutumiseen hauskan ja tapahtumarikkaan päivän jälkeen. Yläkerran alueella on 4 king-size-makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, 1 puoli kylpy käytävällä ja oleskelualue (taitettava sohva) viihdettä varten, ja kävelykanavalle / parvekkeelle on näköala kauniille savuisille vuorille.

Alemmalla tasolla on 4 ylimääräistä king-size-makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, 1 puoli kylpy käytävällä ja biljardipöytä / pelialue, jossa TV, yhteisessä tilassa lisäviihdettä varten.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain muutaman minuutin päässä Gatlinburgin keskustasta ja helposti pääsee Pigeon Forgelle. Nauti jokin monista paikallisista viinitiloista tai tee siitä seikkailunhaluinen loma hyödyntämällä kaikkia vuorten ulkoiluaktiviteetteja pyöräilystä, retkeilystä, putkistamisesta ja koskenlaskusta aina luonnonkauniiseen ajoon, shoppailuun tai vierailuun johonkin paikkakunnan tapahtumiin, huvipuistot ja paljon muuta!
Tämä mökki sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Bent Creek Golf Club. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Pros: The cabin is nice looking. The rooms and space fit our extended family vacation well. The rooms each have their own bathroom which was a plus for all couples. The view from the balconies was awesome in all times of the day! The wildlife you see is great for birds, butterflies, and other creatures. We dis have to call for service and they answered emails vs text messages and was out the next day. Cons: This is not a cabin that has small amenities provided such as salt and pepper or any storage containers, extra toilet paper or paper towels. The pool table is nice but the pool sticks don’t have the tips on the ends to play. The hot tub, we had to call for service on the water and still ended up with algae areas in the jets/water. The cabin needs some fixing or updates in some areas that that could improve the guest experience such as boards on the balcony that are bowing and different flooring in the bathrooms.

Great all around weekend. This property is exactly what we needed to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday with some of our closest friends and family. Only a few small maintenance items to fix, but nothing that had an impact on our stay. Had such a good time exploring some new places on our stay. Trish’s Mountain diner had a wonder breakfast and extremely personable waitresses. Visited our favorite Pancake Pantry for the best French Toast ever. Took the drive to Cades Cove and had a picnic lunch and saw many black bears, deer, and turkeys in their natural habitat.

The property was beautiful. Bedroom 3 was haunted and should definitely remove that creepy photo from over the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The dryer didn't dry our clothes during the first cycle but overall, it was a good.

Host was not accomodating, hard to reach, did not respond well. Amenities were not as listed. Listing show amoires and there was only one storage rack for each room, one of us had to put our suitcase on the floor, not ideal for the money you pay. The hot tub jets were not working, it was like a hot bath tub. I called to let them know on Friday morning and I was told a part was going to have to be ordered so I would not have an acutal working hot tub. The cost of the cabin was alot and we looked specifically for a cabin with a hot tub only to have it not working. I was told they were not informed by the cleaners it was not working. I spoke with who I assume is the owner and she did not offer an apology nor a partial refund. And to be honest, the cabin is very underwhelming with a lot of delayed maintenance. DIning room and living room were able to accomodate our party of 14 and the views are stunning! If you are a clean person, you will not enjoy this cabin, we had to clean out the washing machine before we could use it, there was black stuff all around it. Dishes, mainly pots were dirty coming out of the cabinet. I would not recommend this cabin.

We had the following issues during our stay at Majestic Views Retreat. Some of these were safety concerns that we feel should have been addressed before we arrived:Missing spindle and several other spindles that were not attached properly on the 3rd floor deck - this was our most urgent concern due to the safety of the children. This could have been a very tragic situation as one of the children could have fallen through this from the 3rd floor. We feel this was very negligent given the fact that our reservation specifically indicated smaller children were part of our group.Leak from the upstairs bath over the fireplace which posed an electrical hazard. We've read one other review with this same complaint, so we're convinced your property manager was aware of the issue before we arrivedSeveral doors were either hard to open or close - the main door onto the back deck became more difficult to lock as the week progressed to the point we were not able to lock it by the last few days - again, another safety concernMost of the bathrooms showed evidence of water damage around the shower/bath trim leaving a black, mold residuePart of the baseboard was missing in the bathroom for room 7The dryer did not work properly - one of our daughters had to dry their load of clothes 5 times in order for them to dry.The laundry room light worked intermittentlyOne of the video games that the kids were looking forward to playing did not work In general, the property looked unkept

The home itself is generally a nice house. Plenty of space. The issue we had was mostly the lack of commmnication. We had an issue with the plumbing when someone showered the water dripped through the floor/ceiling on to the tv and fireplace. We called /texted/emailed and never got a real response. Hot tub was hot but there was no spa to it. If the jets aren’t bubbling then you are just in a bath tub. The lighting is all LED but there were missing bulbs in several fixtures and the bulbs were all different colors tones so your go from warm white to bright white and get blinded as you walk by. A couple of the showers had visible water damage. I’d be worried about future mold. Any of my opinions could have easily been changed and reassured if any form of contact outside of the canned welcome and enjoy your stay emails. I got more help with how to leave a 5 star review. Very disappointed in not being able to enjoy the video game and spa properly. We did not get what we were promised. Also who tells their guests to leave the linens on the bed. That makes me feel like you reuse bed sheets without washing.

Poor communication

I reached out about the hot tub not getting hot. They responded once and never again after me having to reach out again and still nothing. Which was VERY disappointing because this was one of the main reasons we selected this cabin. The hot tub did not get hot and only one jet worked. This is where I planned to spend most of my time and was not able to utilize it. There should have been some note that the hot tub did not work and I would’ve have picked another location.

Enjoyed our stay because entire family was together. The cabin needs some updating and actually some tlc wouldn’t hurt. We needed maintenance there for a few problems, however they were pretty prompt when called. I must say that the view from back deck is spectacular. The snow covered peaks on our last day there made it even better.

Enjoyed the Cabin

We had family from several different states meet at this cabin for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful cabin up the mountain, with nice views on the deck of the woods and mountains. We had a Momma Bear and three cubs visit one evening which all guests were absolutely stunned and a memory of lifetime. Highly recommended this place for a large group.

Family Christmas Gathering

Perfect layout for our family; 8 bedrooms with king beds and private baths were great; kitchen adequate with 2 stoves and 2 frig/freezer (missing a wine opener); narrow winding road to spectacular view of the mountains (not good if it snows); porch around entire house was wonderful. Need to update directions to cabin in case GPS does not work; GPS worked for us but we would have had difficulty with directions given.
