Room was very roomy. Balcony overlooking the main drag. Loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints. Also, young lady at front desk was very friendly and helped us out tremendously.

Clean room. We had a room with a view of the indoor pool so there was a bit of a smell. Breakfast area is very tight and crowded. Walking distance to the main strip. Would consider staying here again.

Room was nice and much larger than expected. Only thing I would say was inconvenient was they were behind on cleaning rooms and we had no towels even after checking time of 4pm didn't get towels till around 7pm and had to go ask for them. And the hallways smelled. But other than that it was nice and would stay there again.

Room carpeting dirty and bed spread quilt was ripped on both sides. Covered it up with a thin bottom half of bed cover. Made sure I reported it to the front desk. Staff was awesome.

Room had tootsie roll wrapper in corner behind door and numerous wrappers under bed. Room was okay cleanliness wise. Breakfast was the same every morning which wasn’t bad to be free. Get there early though my sister said when she went later it was a woman with her “big” dog in the eating area. Pool not heated but was ok. Hot tub felt GREAT. Lazy river was not heated also. Shower pressure was ok not the best. One Elevator which is slow. About 10 minute walk from downtown which wasn’t bad. I’d stay again.

The rooms were kinda clean. Just a bit dusty and they didn't clean the balcony from the previous guest as some trash was left on it. The continental breakfast wasn't very good aside from the pre packaged stuff. **Also, we are fairly certain someone associated with the hotel used my husband's ID and information to steal his identity and open a chase sapphire credit card and business credit card. Thankfully he has his set up to notify him of stuff like that and we were able to get it cancelled and fixed. They did confirm that it was all done from down in TN and that was one of the only places we gave his ID for. For this reason, though our stay was decent, I can't give it above 3 stars
