Bhibhas Majumdar, Alok and Tapan in the restaurant were very caring and helpful in modifying a-la-carte to our special needs. Hotel should consider making ramps everywhere to make it wheelchairs friendly.

The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great.

It was one night stay before religious rituals in Gaya. Hotel appears to be new and staff are new. There was only one chair in the room. Need to improve. I think it will be ok going forward when staff get experience

Absolutely wonderful stay with family. Staff is very cordial and friendly, Rajesh, Rahul gift shop , restaurant staff are all very courteous. Property is very calming and clean, as is the room. Services are also good. I enjoyed my stay in Bodhgaya.

Concerns are very serious & needs to be resolved.

Only issue is the entrance from the main road to the surrounding areas of the property . It’s just believable and unacceptable as it’s encircled with slums,bad bumpy roads. Extremely unhealthy and dirty atmosphere pigs are roaming around stagnant waterfront. Really heartbreaking. But as soon as you get inside the property it’s unbelievable. It’s simply a heavenly atmosphere. Simply as if I’m coming from hell to a heaven. Thanks
