The Space:
The spacious, air-conditioned living room has been arranged with comfort and relaxation in mind. It features a pull-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping space, and opposite it there is a television with cable channels and Smart TV functionality. The interior is bright, modern and very cozy, and the large glazing perfectly illuminates the space.
In the hallway there is a spacious wardrobe which makes it easy to store outerwear, suitcases and other essentials, keeping the apartment tidy and functional.
Directly from the living room there is access to a large, sunny balcony, which is one of the apartment's greatest assets. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxation or evening unwind. An additional benefit is the pleasant view of the marina, which gives this place a unique character.
The modern kitchenette is harmoniously connected to the living area. Equipment includes a oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine, providing full convenience for everyday use. Additionally, this part of the apartment includes a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals. The functional layout and elegant finish make the kitchen both practical and aesthetically pleasing. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic condiments is prepared.
The first bedroom is a comfortable and elegant space for rest. It contains a comfortable double bed, and opposite there is a spacious wardrobe that provides plenty of storage space. The interior has been enriched with gold decorative mirrors that add style and subtle elegance.
The second bedroom is also furnished in a cohesive, aesthetic style. Guests have at their disposal a double bed, a wardrobe placed opposite and decorative gold mirrors which beautifully emphasize the character of the interior. This cozy and functional room is ideal as a comfortable space for sleep and rest.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower. Guests also have a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and a practical area for daily grooming. Elegant finishes and a subdued color scheme give the interior a luxurious, hotel-like character. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.
