Welcome to Unit G638, a thoughtfully refreshed second-floor retreat in Gearhart House. This inviting condo is under new ownership, with ongoing upgrades focused on comfort and quality—so you can expect a well-cared-for space that keeps getting better.

Inside, you’ll find a recently updated kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable king bed in the main bedroom, and a bright living area with a flat-screen TV, 2 new reclining chairs (photos coming) and a sofa. On cool coastal evenings, unwind by the wood stove and enjoy the cozy, beachy atmosphere. This unit is designed for two guests, offering a peaceful, uncluttered getaway without a sofa bed.

The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and silverware, along with a microwave and drip coffee maker—perfect for simple meals and slow mornings. (Please note: While oil, seasonings, and pantry items aren’t officially included, the owner often leaves a few basics on hand as a courtesy when possible.)

The location can't be beat! Right next to the Del Rey Beach access, where you can drive right onto the sand, and an easy drive to both Astoria and Cannon Beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Our only points of improvement would be a few pool towels and better wifi. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely ocean views

Beautiful place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the calm and peaceful town of Gearhart by the Sea. The pool and restaurant across the street were added bonuses.
