Guest Access:

The entire home and outdoor space are yours to enjoy—including the dock, kayaks, fire pit, and apple trees.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a main road along Seneca Lake, this home has a large driveway with plenty of parking and a tucked-in feel once you arrive. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, with a mix of local homes and vacation spots. The spacious, private yard is great for relaxing or gathering by the fire pit, and you’ll cross the nearby railroad tracks to reach the dock for swimming and lake access.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ You must cross ACTIVE rail road tracks to access the lake.

➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ Fire Pit Use – The fire pit is for guest use at their own risk.

➡️ Quiet Neighborhood – Neighbors live here year-round. The town enforces quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful at all times.

➡️ Personal Boats Not Allowed – Guests may not dock or park boats at the property.

➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Some outdoor features may be weather-dependent or vary by time of year.
