This hotel was very nice, and comfortable, but the front desk staff lacked friendliness, and seemed almost annoyed by us. It was a bad first impression. The location is good, it's a clean place to stay, and close to Geneva on the Lake (if you plan to go visit there). The Starbucks location, being on the same street, was a nice plus too. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, if it weren't for the overall vibe we got from staff members on the first floor. I will say, the housekeeping staff is excluded form this opinion. We had very positive interactions with them.

Property condition was excellent. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety. My only complaint about this hotel was the lack of a hot tub at the pool area and the noise level from the hallway and the room above us. You could hear people stomping around all night.

We had a very comfortable stay. Although I didn't cook it was nice to see the good sz fridge, stove top and microwave. We did use the microwave. Very clean room and great bathroom. Also liked the closet space with light.

Our stay was good. Breakfast was right on queue every day except I think it needs to go till about 10 o’clock in the morning instead of nine. I was very disappointed that there wasn’t more pamphlets at the hotel giving you different things to do We would definitely do it again next year
