Nothing like being right on the water. We saw turtles every day and a large ray visited us one morning. This is a great property with super responsive hosts! We appreciated the resort amenities and the super short walk to Jolly Hall beach. The outdoor shower was amazing to clean up and rinse off after a long day in the sand. We loved the yeti cooler. The kitchen was well stocked too! We will return!!

Probably the best unit at Hideaways. The sofa, chairs and view from the porch were outstanding. Unit was well stocked with cooking equipment. Wife loved the outside shower and I loved the grill. Other guests were jealous. One in particular guest booked the unit after seeing this incredible unit. Will be back when able.

This was our favorite visit and stay experience in Exuma. The house was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the waterfront with gorgeous views and the sound of waves lapping. There’s a scheduled shuttle that helps get you to the right location in town and pick up is included too. If the water is calm, you can walk out waist high at low tide past the rock formations. We saw fish and starfish along that area too.The owners checked in on us often via text and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Amazing Hosts in an Incredible Location

First time in Exumas and we loved it! The Villa was Perfect for us. Great location, with great amenities, this place had everything one could ask for. Our hosts Michael and Roseanne were AMAZING. The villa is right on the water with stunning views. It had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, spices and oils to games to beach chairs, floats and snorkel gear and a Yeti backpack cooler. We spent a lot of time on the porch and loungers in front of the villa. It was perfect. The hosts were available 24/7 and were very helpful and accommodating. They provide their own guide to Exuma which is one of the most detailed we’ve ever read. We loved our stay here!

A Little Slice of Heaven!This is our second visit to Exuma and our second time staying at Bella Vista property. Bella Vista Breeze is an absolute gem! The unit is conveniently located in hideaways, which is essentially located on the island. It is bright and airy and spotless! There is even a grill in an outdoor shower! The unit is stocked with anything you could possibly need. Mike and Roseanne thought of everything! They are wonderful hosts who made the entire process seamless. The communication before our arrival was top-notch. They were also available to answer any questions we had during our stay. There are two wonderful guides on the coffee table that helped us decide what beaches to visit and where to eat. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise each morning. We are already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back.!

What a great villa with everything you need to make yout stay enjoyable. We felt right at home in the centrally located unit at The Hideaways. You are able to enjoy all the amenities too! Perfect vacation location and stay

This was our first time to Great Exuma, Bahamas and our stay at Bella Vista Breeze was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent and the view was amazing! The pictures are exactly as it appears in person, the beauty of your stay and the views are remarkable! The room, the hosts, are nothing short of perfect. We lost power one day( short period) we lost water ( short period) once we let our hosts know… everything was restored and resolved. The hosts are 100% wanting you to have the best experience ever. From the day we booked our trip Michael and Roseanne were always very accommodating and responsive. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Bella Vista Breeze was very accommodating. Not only was it stocked with everything you needed but we also loved the outdoor shower!!! Our favorite moment was swimming with a turtle right out front of Bella Vista Breeze. It was so beautiful and relaxing right on the beach. We are already planning our next trip. Exuma has to one if the most beautiful places! Michael and Roseanne recommended going to see Dee and Danas restaurant right on CocoPlum beach. I have to say that was by far THE BEST MEAL on the island. CocoPlum Beach and Haulover Bay are the 2 must visit beaches, make sure you study the tide charts and go at low tide!!

Gorgeous location

We loved our stay at Bella Vista Breeze. It was the perfect location with the best view. Michael & Roseann were very helpful making recommendations for us. Bella Vista Breeze is very clean, beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The communication from both Michael and Roseann before and during our stay was exceptional. The very detailed information they provided before we arrived as well as the visitors guide when we arrived was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Our favorite spot was on the beach in front of Bella Vista Breeze (only a few steps from front door), which we enjoyed every day! Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Breeze. There are so many things convenient about the property that make it great. Location wise it's on a great beachfront, is only a short to the fish fry, is literally right next door to the onsite restaurant Splash and is only a 5 min drive to Georgetown. It is also pretty centrally located on Great Exuma which makes going to either end of the island easy. Michael & Roseann were very responsive along the way and for my wife and I the unit was all we could ask for. We cooked meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the front porch just watching the ocean and took regular walks on the beach. We can't wait to return!

Perfect in every way!

Everything about Bella Vista Breeze is spot on! Communication with hosts, Michael and Roseann was a quick and thorough. Visitor guide is VERY helpful. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked! Restaurant next door, Splash, was probably the best place we ate. They have anything and everything you could want on Exuma! Snorkle gear, beach chairs, umbrella, outdoor lantern, outdoor shower, etc. First visit to Exuma and we are hooked! Highly recommend staying @ Bella Vista Breeze!

Absolutely Perfect

This villa is exactly as described and in the perfect location. It has everything you made need for your stay. A few steps out of the door and you’re on the beach. Splash restaurant is on site and was convenient for us. Michael And Roseann were so helpful with planning, answering questions, and even allowed us to extend our stay due to delayed flights getting here. They have a detailed welcome guide with tips, directions, restaurant guides, etc. This was our first trip to Exuma, and we’re already looking to book again to bring our kids. 10/10 recommend!
