Esittelemme helmikuussa Point Great Great Exuman uusimman loma-asunnon. Harbour Lights Villa on 1788 neliön jalka 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 ½ kylpy kotiin 11 askeleen päässä Elizabethin sataman kirkasta vettä.
Helmikuu Point on aidatulla / turvatarkkailulla oleva lomakohde. Hotellissa on tenniskenttiä, yksityisiä rantoja, 2 uima-allasta, poreallas, vaatimaton kuntokeskus, spa ja yksityinen satama. Rusty Anchor -ravintolassa tarjoillaan rento, rantaruokailu.

Harbour Lights Villa -hotellissa on holvikatot, puhaltimet, toimisto-nurkka ja täysin varustettu eurooppalainen keittiö, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta ja graniittitasoista. On täysikokoinen Viking-jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja ruokailutila, jossa on teak-ruokapöytä ja jossa on kuusi paikkaa. Erillinen pesutupa sisältää pinottavan pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja apuallas. Yläkerrassa on tilava master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode, ja siinä on suuri kylpyhuone, jossa on kaakeloitu suihku ja vapaasti seisova amme. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on laatta-suihku. Molemmissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin ja jokaisessa kerroksessa on oma keskuslämmitysjärjestelmä. Entinen valtava pukuhuone makuuhuoneen vieressä on muutettu kolmanneksi makuuhuoneeksi, jossa on kaksinkertainen futon ylimääräisille vieraille. 773 neliön jalkainen ulkotila sisältää täydelliset ympärillä olevat patiot ylemmille ja alemmille kansille, ja ne sopivat täydellisesti Regatta-toiminnan ja kauniin veden katseluun! Teak patio ruokapöytä kuudelle on saatavilla ulkopuolella dining ja patio sisältää täysikokoinen propaani BBQ.
Teknologia- ja viihdealalla huvila tarjoaa älykkään TV: n, jolla on pääsy Netflixiin, Amazon Prime Video -ohjelmaan ja viisi televisiokanavaa. Siellä on myös DVD-soitin ja erittäin nopea kuituoptinen WIFI.
Suuri Exuma tarjoaa kauneimmat rannat ja veden Bahama (ehkä maailman). Hyödynnä tätä vuokraamalla vesikulkuneuvoja ja menemällä läheisiin eristäytyneisiin rantoihin Säilösaarella tai ottamalla venematka nähdäksesi uimissiat! Nämä aktiviteetit voidaan järjestää läheiseen George Towniin, joka on noin kilometrin päässä. Siellä löytyy myös ruokakaupat, pankit / ATMS, kirkot, huoltoasema, baarit, viinakaupat, ravintolat ja kaupat.
Villa muutti omistustaan huhtikuussa 2019, ja uudet omistajat tekevät kovasti töitä palauttamaan sen alkuperäiseen armonsa ja viehätyksensä monien vuosien jälkeen vuokra-markkinoilta. He ovat kunnostaneet sisätilojen alkuperäisen rento nykyaikaisen eleganssin. Ulkopuoli maalataan pian viehättäväksi Karibian kanarian keltaiseksi, jossa on valkoinen leikkaus. Edellä mainituista tekijöistä johtuen tämä ranta-huvila tarjotaan alennettuun yöpymiseen. Hyödynnä tätä meneillään olevaa työtä ja suunnittele Bahaman pako nyt!

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Palm Bay Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi kuntosalin, porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille poreammeen ja keittiön.

This place was amazing!!! This was our 4th trip to Exuma and we have stayed at many great places but this was by far the best! Way better in person! The property had everything we needed to cook, beach chairs, floats, tons of movies, and the best part is you can walk right out the back and be at the beach. We will be staying at this property every time we come back. Also the water does get hot you just have to give it a few minutes to heat up. This is consistent with ALL of the properties we’ve stayed at on the island, that’s just how it is there.

Overall, nice day maybe I should’ve read things more clearly, but would’ve been nice if there was at least soap, shampoo and body wash… Seems like most places have that these days. Also was never able to take an indoor shower because the water pressure was either extremely low or there was no water at all. When there was water, the outdoor shower worked well. Good location for being picked up by boat and overall nice house and very clean and quiet.

Beautiful location. Lots of space. Only reason for not giving 5* is a few extra amenities would be nice. Suggestions like beach towels, soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers in shower, lacks hot water and water pressure in shower frequently, a few new pots, pans & baking sheets, a couple beach chairs.

February Point Fun

Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)

11 steps to hard chairs.

Home was clean and had all the things you would need to be self-sufficient. It is in a nice, centralized location on the island. The home is showing some wear on the exterior. The view is beautiful. Only negative mark would be the lack of comfortable outdoor seating, no lounge chairs or soft chairs to hang out in. Exuma is a beautiful place with the friendliest of people.

Beautiful ocean view and peaceful location

The view of the ocean from the house, waterfront and upstairs balcony is worth the price! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Great to have in-unit washer and dryer. The house floors could have been cleaner and needs a little maintenance (doors hard to open and lock), outdoor furniture is weathered, but it is beachfront so the weather probably ages them fast. The owner was consistently slow to answer questions both pre-arrival and when we had an emergency on the last day of our stay, but eventually emailed me back so all worked out well.

The Best Location

I believe this spot in February Point is the best location on the island. This is one of the few beach front locations in a gated community. Although we felt safe everywhere on Exuma, it was nice to have the secluded neighborhood and quiet beauty of our own little bay to snorkel. The neighborhood is centrally located on the island and so close to Georgetown. Beautiful memories.

Great view, location and turtles

This is our second time staying at 11 steps to the Ocean and we really enjoy the place. The cove in front of the house is great for views, swimming and snorkeling along the docks. We have seen starfish, eagle rays, sting rays, turtles and even sharks from the shore / balcony. If you venture over to the marina, you are likely to see several friendly turtles when you visit. The beach club area is nice for a calm beach, pool and hot tub. The food is good at the Rusty Anchor though this last time we didn't think it was as good as we remembered - especially for the high price. There is also a pool with lounge chairs that is 2 doors down from the rental that is for community use. There is often no one using it so it is like you have a private pool. Location is great to access the entire island (including little Exuma) by car and a quick trip to Georgetown for groceries, booze or restaurants. We were able to have our private chartered boat tour pick us up at the marina at February point for our trip which was very nice. It is great for us to have a washing machine at the house. We washed beach towels and swim gear most days. Suggested improvements would be to change the master bathroom shower and main kitchen sink fixtures that have very low water pressure (others ok), better/bigger beach towels, bigger coffee maker, replace inflatable paddle board / add kayak. Last note - as of January 2025, there are an excessive amount of coffee filters - no need to bring/buy any :)

Beautiful location!

The place is as described. Literally 11 steps from the ocean and loved seeing turtles swimming every morning! Georgetown is working on roads so we did lose water for a whole day but I think that’s an anomaly.. we did lose power and water on occasion so plan accordingly! A broom for the sand and additional towels would be nice but the washer and dryer is very convenient. The staff at the security were lovely and having the restaurant on-site was not only delicious but so convenient!

Liked unit, but we got burglarized first night

Enjoyed our stay, but unit was broken into our first night there and our friends cash was cash stolen. There is no safe in the unit and no key was supplied for either of the upstairs locking closets. Poor communication. Toilet in master stopped working, host never responded, so we fixed it as best we could. Had to fill tank with a bucket last few days.

Disappointing Experience

The property & surroundings were lovely & as described. We had booked for a month but after 3 days I found out I had stage 4 ovarian cancer we had to fly home to begin treatment. We asked if the owners could offer any refund given the situation. Eventually they offered to refund us any nights that were rebooked. 15 nights were but they did not refund what we paid for those nights but approx half price claiming they couldn't get the same rate (I booked 2 years ago at a discount). The lack of compassion they showed astounds me. I am an owner myself and given a situation like this I would have refunded at least half especially when most of the month rebooked. We are out of pocket a significant amount of money for 3 nights

Gorgeous Bay

The view from the Villa is beautiful. Everything was as described. Some basic cooking spray & such would’ve been nice, larger coffee pot it’s very small & I would’ve loved a TV in the master for night time being that we had teens using the one downstairs. Just suggestions. Our stay was great & you literally have beautiful crystal clear water right outside the patio door.

Beautiful property

This property is amazing. Very well appointed house. Every kitchen item you could need. Very clean. The view is amazing. We watched for turtles every morning. The location is great close to Georgetown and kind of in the middle of the island so everything was within a 1/2 hr. Lots of beach toys at the house. We had a very relaxing vacation

Best vacation yet!

We usually go to an all inclusive in Jamaica (over a dozen times) but we agreed to try something different this year. I am so glad we did. Exuma is breathtaking. The house was lovely and in the perfect location. Just a short drive to restaurants and the market. The house was clean and there was plenty of household items to make our stay comfortable. The temp was comfortable and loved having the washer and dryer on premise. The sofa was ok but definitely had wear and tear. The TV is very small. I know it’s insignificant but after a long day in the Sun, we just wanted to chill out and watch a movie. The stairs in this house are a tragic accident waiting to happen. They are dark in color and there is nothing to transition each step. They blended together making it difficult to tell where it ended. There were a few near-misses with accidental falls. The bedrooms are lovely and plenty big enough. Plenty of space to unpack. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. This was a complaint amongst the 4 of us. The master bathroom was huge as well the shower. However the toilet is in a “closet” and your knees literally touch the door when sitting. The toilet is loose and wiggled when you sat down. One day there was a terrible sour smell. Could not figure out where it was coming from. We ended up keep the toilet door shut and the fan running. Seemed to go away. Maybe the loose toilet was letting sewer fumes in? Decent house for the price point. Location was perfect.
