Tar Bay on myös lempinimeltään "Millionaire's Beach", koska se on erinomainen sijainti. Täällä ei ole hotelleja tai yrityksiä. Ranta on 2 mailia pitkä, erinomainen snorklausta, kalastusta, pitkiä kävelyretkiä ...

Location is perfect with wonderful oceanfront BUT... the villa needs hard and deep renovations. Furniture is either old o broken. Kitchen is also poorly equipped: 3 wine glasses & 3 spoon for 3 double rooms villa, no tupperwares (now yes because we bought them after the onwer refused to do it for us... by the way 5 at the grossery store so no big deal). My idea is that they do just want to sell the villa and they don't care how much you enjoy your stay. My personal view, of course. Next time in Exuma we will go elsewhere.

I thought the location on Tar Bay was wonderful. The view from the large wrap-around porch can't be beat and just a few steps out the door to an incredible beach. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and house was stocked with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful trip. The views from the porch were amazing. There was a little more wear and tear on the house than we expected, but nothing that hindered our stay. The home was clean and the AC was cold. The porch provided a great space for us to hang out. We would definitely return!

The house is steps away from the warm and clear water; we swam several times a day. Its a five minute drive to groceries and many other beaches are just a few minutes away.

Great location! The bungalow was older but very clean. The wrap around porch was fantastic.

Serenity and beauty

We loved our 10 days at Sea Garden! The deck is steps from the breathtaking beach. Spectacular views from every window. Comfortable home with everything we needed. Great location. Bring sunscreen from home, if possible, because grocery and other items are expensive on the island.

Best decision I could have made

Hands down the most ideal property for what my family needed during our stay on Exuma. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island and we could literally roll off the porch onto our own beach. Thank you so much.

Had the absolute best week on Tar Bay beach! House was in a great location to explore both ends of the island. House was just as pictured… I just have a couple of personal recommendations to my fellow travelers; beach towels were provided, but, where only 4’ so not ideal, hair dryers were older with only high low setting and they are extremely hot with not mush blowing, so had to plan ahead to air dry hair, & the pillows from ikea (similar to my pillow) not my favorite & should have packed one of those too! Also the driveway is tricky as bushes Shrubs trees are overgrown and blocking the view to get back onto that main road…. But it was an amazing week in EXUMA 🌴… I’ll definitely be back!

Family Vacation in Exuma!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Garden this past week. Communication before we arrived was fantastic, with Olena answering a few prep questions. House was ready when we arrived and already cool from the new AC’s they had just had installed! The house is literally steps from the ocean, which was one of the best parts of our vacation! I would highly recommend this home to enjoy your family vacation! Brian

Lacking amenities

Advertised cable/satelite. So fuzzy couldn’t watch. Check in email had the manager contact of someone that no longer is the manager so had to go thru Vrbo to reach owner. No soap/shampoo in showers. Soap was advertised but shampoo wasn’t. No closet in any of the bedrooms. Just was disappointed for the price we paid.

Not quite paradise

Stunning location! Unfortunately we were not completely happy staying here. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool either the main dining and living room, nor the master bedroom, so that was frustrating. In general, there are quite a few areas that need some sprucing up. Owners were responsive in trying to solve the a/c but I cannot recommend if you are staying there in the heat of summer. Also, would love a few more amenities. That being said, can't beat the beauty of the location.

Great Stay at Tar Bay!!!

We just left Sea Garden after a week at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was mostly secluded the entire week we were there. The home is pretty much as advertised and all the beds were very comfortable. The AC in the home worked great. We never had to reach out to the host during our stay, most information we needed was provided prior to our check-in so we just referenced back to that. The mosquitos were annoying, but only at night, and we came prepared for that. Favorite things: location, bedding, view, wrap around porch, grill, privacy. Suggestions: provide kayak's (I understand there have been issues in the past, but have renters sign a liability waiver). Most of our neighbors had access to paddleboards and kayak's and that was the number one thing that could have made our stay even more phenomenal. The kitchen does need some basic amenities such as measuring cups, a crock pot, and casserole dishes. We made do with what was there and regardless of those, I would come back to this home. I would definitely be more inclined to rent from a place in the future that does provide kayak's, paddleboards, etc though. The location and privacy were unbeatable and we had a fantastic time! Would highly recommend.

Great Location

The property is located right on the beach with a wonderful unobstructed view. The covered porch on three sides provides shade and multiple sitting areas with a nice cooling breeze. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and good A/C and ceiling fans. We would certainly rent here again on our next visit to George Town.
