A little bit weird but it's a good place

This is chinese franchise. It's the first time I am in a hotel that belongs to a Chinese franchise. The hotel is pretty clean and nice, the food is also good. As usual they don't want to hire local people and most of the people do don't speak English or Spanish that is most of the population. Most of the guys do not speak english. This is something I can't understand. The Chinese lady in the front desk is pretty harsh with everybody including the guest. The local guys working the hotel are pretty nice though. The price is not good neither bad. I have a meeting all morning long I was impossible to get coffee water or whatever. This is just incredible. How in the hotel you close Services of water sandwich coffee tea from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. this is just unbelievable in a hospitality building. Again the local Guyanese employees are pretty kind with everybody. I would repeat my stay in this hotel? Yes I will

First of all, the rooms and around the hotel smelled like sewer. The smell was horrible. The service sucks, no one speaks English. I traveled to many different countries, but never had an experience like this. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great property but staffed with non-English speaking staff which makes it difficult to communicate! We speak English in Guyana and not Chinese! While the Buffet Breakfast was extensive it lacked great coffee! Just a bottle of Nescafé crystals and a can of powdered milk. I like a fresh cup of brewed coffee with non/dairy creamer as I am lactose intolerant.
