Aphrodite's Garden – Central Yet Peaceful Apartment Close to Lake and Beaches

The apartment is centrally located yet peaceful, set below street level with direct access to the pedestrian area, just a few meters from the beaches and lake. The living area includes a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious panoramic veranda with a table and direct access to the garden—all on the ground floor. You can park your car inside the property, right in front of the apartment.



There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other, with a shower, is en suite. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, perfect for breakfast or brunch. Outside, you'll find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue.

The apartment's location is both central and quiet, below the road and with direct access to the pedestrian area, just steps from the beaches, lake, and walking paths. In front of the apartment, there are tennis, basketball, football, and beach volleyball courts, a playground for children, and a swimming pool with sunbeds. At the lake, you can rent bikes, canoes, SUPs, windsurf, and kitesurf equipment, with courses available for an extra fee. All main services are within walking distance, including a pharmacy, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. A shopping center with a hypermarket, various shops, and the train station are just a 10-minute drive away.
