Parking for up to 4 cars is available at the house. Events are not permitted on the property.



The center of Zell am Ziller is just a 3-minute drive away. The free ski bus stops right at your door and takes you directly to the Zillertal Arena ski area for unforgettable days on the slopes. Whether hiking, tobogganing, skiing, or experiencing local culture, the house is your central base for all activities. After active days, you can enjoy cozy evenings with friends at home.



Please note that towels are not provided and must be brought by guests.



Check-out on departure day is required by 9:30 am at the latest. Waste separation is mandatory and strictly monitored; a fee will be charged for non-compliance with recycling rules.
