Quality price impeccable for the location quick walk to amenities 20min. for a nice troll to the square, friendly and affordable next to the best pub, food and ambiance across the parking lot to the Appalachian brewery- book your tours early you need to do day one - and day 2-3 to really soak it up and embrace the sacrifices. If you have no passion for history, you’ll still enjoy the architectural beauties

Best Best Western hotel we have visited as a family of four right in front of Gettysburg cemetery. Honestly a perfect stay in a very impressive building with Holiday season decorations and impeccable room. You have a view over the battlefield during breakfast. Beat the crowd in the summertime and come the weekend before Christmas - you got the entire place with 10 other guests

The room was clean, but the heater didn't work properly. It kept blowing cold air despite being set to heat. We set it to heat and 72⁰ at night and woke up to cold air blowing and the room being 65⁰. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. Nothing turns on and the bathroom was very steamy. There is also pink mold on the tub caulk. Staff were friendly.

Staff was great and friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was good. It’s situated in walkable distance to most things in town and on the edge of the battlefield, too. Would recommend, especially for the price.
