The staff was polite, the room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved the convenient access to Starbucks in the morning which was very nice. For the price, it would have been nice to include breakfast. And be prepared to pay for parking at the rate of $18/night.

We had an issue with the thermostat in our room and they quickly moved us to a new room - not before checking the new room themselves before moving us. And it was an upgrade!! Thank you to all - we had a great stay as always!

Need to be warned beforehand if in a bigger truck for the parking deck as it can be a struggle in a F250 maneuvering.

We had to move rooms twice during our stay. Our first room was so noisy it felt as though the entrance way was shaking. Moving led to us being downgraded to a Queen Queen room. We then had to move again due to a leek in the room next door. It was not as we had hoped. The second time we moved the receptionist told us we could have been upgraded if we had booked directly, which I wasn't impressed with as we just wanted the room we had booked.

Our check-in was absolutely wonderful. Mandy took such good care of us. Let us check in a little bit early and even upgraded our room. All the staff were helpful and courteous and friendly, and despite the fact that our hotel was right on the busiest square in Gettysburg we never heard traffic noise. It was very quiet. Will definitely stay again Absolute excellent value for the price of the room.

The stay was excellent: check-in went smoothly, the room was as advertised and clean (as well as ready for an early check-in after I let the desk know during our trip in), and house staff managed daily refreshes around our schedule of holiday shopping and local travel stuff. The restaurant is very good for breakfast; the standards are well made, and special items like the mushroom benedict eggs were delicious. Guessing the lunches and dinners are similar. Perfect location on the main square, extremely reasonable pricing. Definitely a rewarding choice in the holiday season. (Don't sleep on the fitness room; it's got a bike and treadmills, and holiday visits are all the better if you can tuck into local fare with the confidence of the just (and the exercised).

The hotel location is perfect and the room was very nice....but...our room was not ready by 4pm check in and we stayed two nights and never received any housekeeping services. We had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels and coffee to get us by. The desk lady brought us fresh towels herself afterwards. Maybe a staffing issue...not sure
