Disgusting room..non- functioning lights, sink full up with gross dirty water, dirty rugs and unchanged bed. Offered another room but overheard another guest complain about cockroaches, non working light and broken towel bar. That did it..we refused to stay and got our charge reversed.

This was a mostly good experience, there was a toy possibly dog or baby toy kinda under the corner of the bed easily noticed by us and the pool was closed, also breakfast was over basically over a half hour before it said

This stay was disappointing from start to finish. The sheets had blood stains and were a dingy white, which was unacceptable. We were only allowed two towels at a time, even though the room had a hot tub — not very practical. The shower curtain was satin, ripped, and had visible mold. On top of that, the internet was out the entire weekend. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t stay here again

Our room was good. Only thing we had received wash cloths that should be used as cleaning cloths. One had black mascara stains all over it. We just went and bought some to use during our stay. Breakfast is bare minimal as well.

Shower curtain in room 200 had allot of mold on it i said something theh changed it out but it was a 2 piece liner and curtain and they put liner on backwards so the snaps was twisted and leaked i had to fix also the exhaust fan make loud annoying noises

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds were comfortable and the room was kept clean — but everything else made this stay incredibly frustrating. We had 3 adults and 1 teenager in our room, but the front desk told us management only allows 2 towels per room. I was shocked. I politely asked if he expected us to share towels, and he eventually gave us just one more. That still wasn’t enough. To make matters worse, we only had one washcloth, and after the first day, it was never replaced. I had to go all the way to the front desk to ask for more. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English, so asking for basic items like towels or soap in the hallway didn’t work. Even worse, they took the soap and never replaced it, so I had to go out to Walmart just to buy a bottle of soap to wash our hands. Some of the towels and a pillowcase were stained, which is unacceptable, even for a budget hotel. The “breakfast” was also a disappointment — just bread, cereal, coffee, juice, and some small yogurts. No eggs, no hot food. I had to go to the front desk (where the worker was just sitting on his phone) to ask for napkins and more bread. It felt like everything was bare minimum and poorly managed. I knew this was a Super 8, so I wasn’t expecting luxury — but I never expected to be treated like this. Only 2 towels for a room with 4 people? That’s ridiculous. I’ve stayed at budget hotels before, but this was beyond frustrating. I will never stay at this hotel again.
