Nestled in the heart of the Vosges mountains, this charming 80 m² countryside house offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Ideal for nature lovers and gourmets, the property is situated near a small river perfect for fishing enthusiasts, while the stunning Cascades du Gerhard waterfall lies just 2 km away, offering wonderful hiking opportunities. The friendly owner resides on-site and is happy to provide local insights and recommendations. Just a short drive away, the nearby town of Val d'Ajol boasts a swimming pool, bike rental, and tennis courts, while horse lovers can enjoy a riding center only 8 km from the house. During summer, don't miss the special Friday night walks in Girmont (1 km), where local produce is featured, or the festive village Christmas market in winter. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore numerous footpaths, ponds, and rivers perfect for fishing and peaceful strolls. The spa town of Palombières, known for its casino, is 12 km away, while Remiremont, with its famous Venetian carnival and water features, lies 15 km from the property. Sie wohnen nicht auf einem wunderschönen Anwesen, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Hof des Eigentümers. Es gibt wenig Privatsphäre. Der Besitzer hat zwei große weiße Hirten und sie laufen frei herum, einschließlich des Geländes der Hütte. Sie sind freundlich, tun nichts und doch ist es ein bisschen verrückt. Wir haben den französischen Charme genossen, aber noch einmal: Die Beschreibung und die Fotos auf der Belvilla-Website müssen aktualisiert werden.
