Villa Felici Occidentalis

Holiday House Villa Felici, located in the historic center of Giuliano di Roma just 90km from Rome: it is easily accessible by car and all services and tourist attractions that the country offers can be visited on foot.
The Villa offers the interior divided into three independent apartments with kitchenettes, living rooms and bathrooms: an ideal choice for a large group of families and friends.
Occidentalis apartment is on two floors and consists of two double bedrooms, a large double living room with garden view, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Giuliano di Roma, a medieval village with characteristic corners and alleys that have kept their history, immersed in local traditions and surrounded by nature, with the possibility of various outdoor activities for everyone. Outside the walls there is a new multi-storey car park with a lift serving the historic centre. The area is an important and peaceful strategic node of Lazio, between the capital Rome and the stupendous Circeo coast (about 20/40 minutes with daily return buses), the ski resort of Campo Catino (about 50 minutes) and the park Rome games - Rainbow Magicland (about 25/40 minutes by train or car). The Monti Lepini are a mountain range belonging to the Lazio Anti-Apennines, located south of Rome since they border to the north with the Colli Albani or 'Castelli Romani'! Patrica (450 meters above sea level), Supino 350 meters above sea level), Morolo (400 meters above sea level), Sgurgola (400 meters above sea level), Giuliano di Roma (300 meters above sea level) and Prossedi (200 meters above sea level).
The use of the fireplace is permitted. In case it is necessary, we can provide it at an additional cost. Please ask in advance for availability and costs.
