Our stay at Clayton Glasgow was absolutely perfect! The room was very nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was massive. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant downstairs and utilized the laundry service. I loved how close it was to the metro and the city center. We walked and took metro everywhere during our stay. The staff were excellent and it was overall one of my favorite hotel experiences.

The hotel is right next the the River Clyde where the restaurant has an excellent menu but also within walking distance to other restaurants and shopping. The train station is close as well as tours of the area.

Couples overnight to Glasgow

Great location, very clean modern room, room no. 1111 has great views across Glasgow. Bar and restaurant areas are very smart. Breakfast very good. Q-park just a street away is ideal for leaving car overnight. We would definitely return to Clayton in the future.

The design of this beautiful historic building is excellent and enjoyable. It has a fantastic location and is clean and comfortable. During our 10-day trip to the UK, this was the best room we found among all the places we stayed.

Smart hotel in good location

The hotel is a bit of a warren but when we found it our room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very polite and attentive. The only criticism was breakfast service. It was very crowded and cooked items were not very hot. Also there was only one coffee machine in use. We would return
