This is a newly refurbished property which has been decorated to a very high standard. This is a detached house in the heart of the city centre with all amenities within walking distance and public transport at your doorstep. The Propety has a private entrance. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. There are Two double bedrooms with double beds within each on the first landing with a bathroom also. There is a single sofa bed in one of the double beds for extra sleeping accommodation if required.
