Welcoming helpful staff. Find the heating system tricky but staff assisted. A detailed instruction would be useful tbh. Bar well stocked and nice comfortable seating area to enjoy a drink . Room immaculate and bed comfortable and great to get good sleep

Lovely clean room on top floor. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Reception staff friendly and efficient and liked the free access to cold filtered water in the Reception area to save asking at the bar. Lifts a bit fiddly as seem to need to swipe card if stopping at multiple floors but security good that you do need a card to access lifts and the Reception after 10pm. Comfy bed but room was a bit cold and thermostat doesnt allow you to change temperature there wasn't any extra blankets to use and didn't want to go down to Reception at 2am but it is winter. Bar area and coffee shop bit nice. Otherwise a great stay and would stay again.
