A great place to stay in Glasgow. Liked the small touches of lovely towels and nice glassware in the room. Breakfast could improve, quantity and selection ok but quality particularly the scrambled eggs dreadful, I suspect powdered eggs used. My husband enjoyed the black pudding (yuk).

I really like this place. Only issue is shower has poor water pressure and temp is inconsistent, very now and then you get a one second scalding. Exact same issue last time I stayed there. Other than that it’s excellent!

It was centrally located, friendly staff, and had a restaurant. What I didn't like is breakfast did not open on time, and though I can early, I ended up getting stuck behind a huge group of tourists because the restaurants payment device wasn't ready. I was late for my early appointment and I felt the staff could have been more helpful to get me on my way

An acceptable hotel with no special features. I found it odd that I was made to check in at the bar as they don’t have dedicated check in staff. I stayed for almost a week and only twice was the check in desk being serviced making it difficult to ask questions. The hotel is in a bit of a dead area. Room was acceptably clean.
