hotel is clean and nice but that is about where the good stuff ends check in was 3pm but a room wasn't available until around 445pm and no effort was really made to help the situation, didn't offer to hold our bags while we walked around, didn't offer a alternative room. They gave us 1 free drink pass and said they would find us at bar when room was ready, while 2 people drink more then 1 drink in 2 hours so the delayed ended up costing around 80usd in drinks. Hotel is also a co-working space and it seemed like they cared more about the co-workers then the hotel guest, lobby amenities (pool table, etc) were always filled with "co-workers" so guest could never use. I was trying to set up a small wedding proposal, just a caricature artiest with a small table, they told me i could not use of the public areas because of the co-workers (i even offered the have the artiest draw free pictures of guest and co-workers for two hours) Plenty of other hotels who will put the paying guest needs over the people just hanging around in the lobby for free.

Check-in and checkout were very easy with self-service machines but friendly staff were present as well, even late and early. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a really comfy bed. It was very quiet and the coffee machine as well as the kettle was great. The social area and cafe looked good and were well used, although there was plenty of space. The location is very central and easy to walk to. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Glasgow.

The Social Hub in Glasgow was a wonderful place to stay. The convenience of having a restaurant and lounge space in the same building coupled with the quietness of our floor was much needed after hiking the West Highland Way. It is also conveniently located and was only about a 10 minute walk from the major train stations in the city.

Right in the city, but this is part hotel, part student housing, part co-working space, part event space, part restaurant, and part bar. It’s a lot at times, smelling people cooking (because they live there) and having an entire company party in the lobby, but offers a lot of amenities.

I liked the friendly vibe. The breakfast buffet selection was amazing. The facilities are excellent- free laundry, hot water kettle. Room Door closes a bit blunt and jarring, hearing neighbouring doors close that way. But Overall highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful, stylish and modern hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet was superb. It was very helpful to have free laundry onsite, especially after coming off walking the Weat Highland Way. The price couldn’t be beat. It was a favorite spot on our two week trip across Scotland.

The check in, is a bit problematic. I think their computer system software needs either redundancy, or a good look. One thing that stood out (Positively) was the diversity of guests. Holiday makers, students, longer stay. Also a variety of differently abled patrons from blind to wheelchair users. I thought it was great.

It’s a pretty new property, it has ping-pong and failure table, a large space with couches, a nice bar and restaurant, it has a hipster vibe, which is pretty cool, the staff is super friendly, they are echo friendly, and their key is made from wood, and it’s an extremely eccentric spot, and I would totally recommend it, I was traveling by myself and needed something efficient and close to airport and train to stations in this hotel was the best, I will be going back next time I go to Glasgow

Good location, nice room, lots of staff. Food in the restaurant was really good although not very plentiful for the price. Had trouble with tepid water in the shower on first day, and never could figure out how to adjust the volume on the tv, but to be fair we didn't ask.

Good location without lots of street noise. The room was quite small but well-equipped, good for a short break. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Only minor comments would be that it would have been nice to have a fridge, and the room was quite dark.
