Studio 25 Margaret River

Studio 25 on nykyaikainen, valoisa 2 makuuhuoneen studio. Kätevästi kävelymatkan päässä Gnarabup-rannalta, White Elephant -kahvilasta, Gnarabarista ja suosituista surffauspaikoista, kuten Grunters, Gas Bay ja Boodjidup Beach. Maailmankuulu Margaret River Point Break on 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Studio nukkuu mukavasti 4 hengellä ja 2 queen makuuhuonetta, jotka on erotettu keskeisestä oleskelutilasta. Yksiö on sisustettu upouusilla, moderneilla kalusteilla ja laadukkaalla taideteoksella kaikkialla. Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio DVD: llä ja Platinum Foxtel ilmaisella Wifi-yhteydellä. Siellä on tilava kylpyhuone / pesula erillisellä wc: llä, lisäksi yksityinen ulkosuihku ja piha, jossa on ulkokäytävä ja BBQ.

Keittiönurkkaus on varustettu teen ja kahvin valmistusvälineillä, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, paahdettu voileipäkeitin ja sähköpannu. Kaikki astiat, ruokailuvälineet ja muut keittiötarvikkeet toimitetaan. Tee, kahvi, sokeri, maito, voi ja hilloja / hunajaa / vegemite jne. Tarjotaan.

Ensiluokkaiset liinavaatteet, kuten pyyhkeet ja rantapyyhkeet, toimitetaan koko studiossa.

Margaret-joen kauppala on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, josta löytyy alueen monia nähtävyyksiä ja aktiviteetteja. Studio 25 on täydellinen paikka palata kiireisen päivän jälkeen nauttien kaikesta, mitä kauniilla Margaret-joen alueella on tarjota.

Cute little stay

Perfect little property for a quick a getaway, clean tidy and in a lovely location close to the beach and only a 10-15 minute drive to Margaret river main street. The addition of being able have my dog with me was excellent !! Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again !! 😊

Clean and modern

Studio was clean and modern and loved the big bath. Was surprised there was no kitchen to cook in, and dishes had to be carried through to the bathroom/laundry sink. It was great that the dog could stay with us. It is in a great spot, and close to good amenities and cafes. Not a great place to be if weather isn't great as indoor area is small and not really big enough to cater for 4 adults.

Lovely modern accommodation in quiet location - Perfect!

We stayed here with our dog and it truely had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. Walking distance to the beach, easy drive in to town and plenty of lovely cafes nearby too. The accommodation was well stocked with thoughtful extras like a sandwich press, loads of towels and great quality condiments. Looking forward to booking our next stay here !

Great location and property

We enjoyed our stay at Studio 25. Great spot, lovely and quiet and close to the beach. Sam really thought of lovely nice touches to the house and overall we really enjoyed the stay. Two small things to be aware of; 1. The kitchenette doesn't have a sink. I didn't realise this at booking and was a little annoying when doing things like making salads, washing food etc. I ended up doing food prep in the bathroom area. 2. While we were very comfortable and the bedding was great, I ended up using a few of the blankets from the couch as I was cold in bed. You may need to made extra use of the heater on cold nights!

Lovely Space to Chill

We stayed two nights to go to the Leeuwin Concert and absolutely loved it. Great spot, easy access to the beach and White Elephant. We normally stay in Prevelly so we're familiar with the area. Very easy to get to Leeuwin too. Studio is really well fitted out, very simple but on trend décor, great kitchen facilities for easy make meals. Barbeque was brilliant! Our only grumble may have been due to a bed that was a little on the firm side, maybe a mattress topper could help soften it a little!

Perfect base for exploring down south!

We loved our stay at Studio 25. It's a fantastic location close to the beach and only a 10 minute drive into the heart of Margaret River. The place is modern and the beds/pillows are super comfy. There is a small kitchenette will all the basic items you need, including a small fridge and also a BBQ outside. The local restuarant in the area, The Common was a great venue to have dinner and reasonably priced too if you don't feel like cooking. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Samantha.

Great location for the beach.

Lovely place, good location for a beach holiday. Not a very good space outside for the dog though. The pic of the table and chairs is actually in the front yard and not fully enclosed.

Great place to stay in the Margaret River Region

I had such a great time staying at the studio! Very well kept and more importantly close to everything that I wanted to do, White Elephant, Common and the beaches only a short walk from the place. The wineries that I was visiting were all over the region and it was still such a great central point to start the day, with Margaret River town centre only 10 mins away also. Great little beach called Gas Bay was fantastic to take my little dog down to as well. Friendly neighbours and comfortable beds too. The only knock would be on the kitchenette not having a sink to wash dishes up in, although so trivial when you take everything else that is awesome about it into account. Certainly will be looking to stay there again that is for sure!

Perfect pet friendly accommodation

Had a weekend getaway with our 13yo fur baby. He loved the place and felt like home. Very nice area for morning and evening walks and friendly neighbourhood. The studio was perfectly compact and cozy. It was everything we wished for. Thanks Sam!

Awesome property

We recently stayed at Studio 25 with our small dog Bella. This place is fantastic. The studio consists of two generous bedrooms with a stylish living area. The decor is lovely. The location is perfect for long beach walks. Everything was as we imagined. It is spotlessly clean and very cosy. The owner Samantha is delightful to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely

Had a great stay at studio 25 Everything we could want, so clean and quiet and our dog had so much fun including meeting the neighbours dogs on his walks. Only tiny comment is how slippy the drive was in the wet. Being steep as well meant you had to be very careful walking down. Would recommend this place and certainly will be back
